In my opinion, God recognized that with the introduction of sin in the world, there needed to be a limit of how much time we spent in our sinful bodies. We were not meant in the beginning to die, so that was not a concern. I think He also recognized, that given more time in those sinful bodies, was not going to make a difference in the sin nature and I agree with that. We already have young people that think they have "all the time in the world" to come to Christ, or to get a hold of their lives and do things differently. I don't believe that kind of attitude would change, it would, no doubt, given man's nature, actually be worse. I believe people would become lackadaisical and live as though they always had more time.
