Case for Christ Study Bible

I admit that I bought this study Bible because it was on sale. However, I will now freely admit I would gladly pay double what I paid. For some reason that I cannot explain, this particular study Bible is just leaping off the pages as I read it! By the way I plan on buying another one soon because I have given mine to a family member because I want him to have this great resource also.

The Case for Christ Study Bible is unique in that it's goal is to "help you solidify your confidence in the Bible and its message by providing well-researched information that allows you to investigate the evidence for yourself and come to your own conclusions."

To help you reach your conclusions, five features are provided in the format of articles:

1. The Case for the Bible articles explore the character of the Bible, review the extra-biblical evidence that corroborates Scripture, and explain apparent contradictions within the Bible.
2. The Case for Christ articles explore Jesus' claims, his deity, and demonstrate that He is the Messiah.
3. The Case for a Creator articles highlight the wonders of creation and demonstrate how the scientific evidence points to one all-powerful Creator.
4. The Case for Faith articles address questions such as "How can there be a God that would allow pain and suffering?" and "Doesn't science prove that the world was created by chance?"
5. The Verdict notes provide testimonies from scholars and other Christians who have examined the evidence, discovered the reality of Jesus, and put their faith in Him.
