Relationship crises

by Lawrence
(Widnes, England)

Hello,

My partner Dawn I discovered had been unfaithful to me, and had seen another man whilst proclaiming to love me. I felt something was not right later on in our relationship. She told me she was seeing another man and said she was so wrong and felt bad what she did. She told me to run away from her and forget her.
I have been faithful to her since knowing her. I am so in love with her and I was so shocked and hurt. I thought to look for some one else. But I find I despite joining some dating sites and receiving messages from women whom want to get to know me,I am just not able to respond to their messages. I feel God wanted me to have another go at our relationship.
I have always prayed for my partner. She has had a very difficult childhood and I can understand her struggles in relationships.
I feel my partner is my soul mate, I have told her I forgive her and I wish her well in finding happiness in her life.
She recently wrote to me and feels that she need to communicate to me. It just seems the most natural thing to do. I find my thoughts and feelings are also constantly thinking about her in the day.
My heart aches for my partner. And I want to only have one woman in my life. I feel we are meant for each other and that we are good for each other.

On reflection I wrote back to her and said I will offer her another chance to makes amends and recommit to our relationship. But only if she can promise to be faithful to me alone, and breaks her ties with the men in her life. That genuinely changes her ways and is true to her self and me.

At the moment she is reflecting on my words and will decide. I waiting anxiously for her and hope she will accept.

Please can you pray that our relationship can be rekindled and that she wants to be true to me, out of love. There is so much we have shared in our lives together. Please pray that there can be healing in our relationship.

Thank you,

Lawrence F.
