Prayer for a 22 year old woman

I have been using sex to feel loved and wanted, if only for one night. When the next day comes, and that man is gone, or wants nothing more but to have sex again, i feel embarrassed and silly.

No matter how many times i've tried to stop this "addiction", i've failed. I'm really tired of disrespecting myself in this was. Also, please pray that i may recieve the confidence to realize that i am worth a lot more than this pathetic life that i'm leading. I don't no where else to turn, but to prayer, and i don't know exactly what to pray for. There's so many things that i feel are wrong with me...........Please help?
