Please pray for me and my drug addiction

My addiction and bad decisions keep messing my life and relationships up. I want free from this self imposed bondage. I want to be a great father, son that my parents are proud of, a dependable boyfriend/husband if we get married and a child of God. please pray for me...I want to be proud of myself. I don't like myself right now and I am very down. I want peace of mind and a clear conscience.
