My demonic warefare

Hi everyone, my name is Yasmin and this is a very urgent prayer request and thank you in advance for praying, it mean a lot, you have no idea.

I became a Christian not long ago and I brought up to my father that I had taken a couple classes in martial arts about 6 months ago. He knew it was an occult practice, so he came around on a different day to draw up a renunciation to go through it with me. We ended up adding a whole heap of other things to the list like reading horoscopes from the newspaper, occult symbols, ties and connections between me and other members of my family that might have demons, other things too. You would not believe how many things there can be. Anyway by the time we were ready it was about 11:30 at night, But we kept going anyway. He started by telling me to repeat after him everything he said and it was confessing and renouncing everything occult and sinful I had ever done. Then he said something along the lines of this: In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I cut and sever all demonic ties and connections between things that have been done, and i command you to go where the Lord Jesus Christ sends you. And immediately I felt this sort of roller coaster, pit in stomach, petrifying, horrible feeling. It was like there are two states of consciousness, there's just regular consciousness, and then there's unconsciousness, but what I was feeling was this elevated consciousness like almost deathly aware of every realm, including spiritual. He commanded it to go and I felt normal pretty much straight after. But when I got up in the morning, I still had some of that pit in stomach feeling, only in my chest. (If I failed to mention before, the other pit in stomach feeling I had during the renunciation was also in my chest.)

I now ask you to pray. I don't know what that feeling was in the morning, and I wanted you to pray for this because I am seriously worried that it might be still inside of me! I am so scared and I want it to leave but I think it might have found the right to stay in me from something I perhaps overlooked on the renunciation. And if it won't leave, it will be just one long nightmare.
